Embracing Change Together

The term “plastic surgery” comes from the Greek word “plastikos,” which means “to mould,” and as a plastic surgeon it is my job to work with the human body to achieve the best possible results. It is also my role to advise patients on which procedures are most appropriate and what are reasonable expectations.

Many people experience great joy and relief from plastic surgery, but it is not ideal for everyone. In my 28 years as a plastic surgeon, I have come to understand that a patient’s enthusiasm for surgery can be tempered by apprehension. Friends and family can be supportive but can also raise doubts. Ultimately, the decision requires a great deal of thought and I can help you with this process.

My goal is always a natural-looking, happy, and confident patient. I strive for the best possible results through precise, preoperative planning, and meticulous attention to surgical detail and safety. My surgeries are never guided by the time on the clock.

Gratifying changes in appearance are often achieved with minor procedures—even non-surgical ones. If a procedure does require surgery, patients are comforted knowing it will be performed in a hospital. As Chief of Plastic Surgery at North York General Hospital, I can attest to its excellence. I also operate out of Centric Health Surgical Centre – an excellent private hospital facility located where I have my office, the One Medical Place building. My entire staff and I pride ourselves in the care we provide.

We are embracing change together. It is our hope that you find the information offered here helpful in making the decision that is right for you.
